RALEIGH – ENLIGN Business Brokers has acted as intermediary in the sale of Wake Forest Health Club located in Wake Forest, NC. ENLIGN, representing the sellers Mike and Diane Copeland, prepared a buyer’s information packet, listed the business online, pre-qualified potential buyers, represented the sellers in pre-offer discussions, and facilitated the negotiation of the terms of the transaction.
