Although very fast and simple for the end user, the system is quite sophisticated and has a high acceptance rate. The service also hits a number of RSS feeds and is pinged by many sites. Non cancer related events can be released for a fee. This fee helps support the free service. New customers can try it for free. Prsurvival.com also offers writing of press releases, however, this service is not free for cancer events.
