Christine Engelbrecht, a director with the Dallas, Texas spa, skin care and beauty products company, BeautiControl, was recognized as the top performer in recruiting and team building at the company's annual sales conference in Texas.

BeautiControl has a National Sales Conference in Dallas every year where it recognizes outstanding performers for the prior year. Already in the top ten, Engelbrecht was on stage with nine other top consultants when they announced her name: she had earned first place as BeautiControl's best recruiter and team-builder, the second time in three years.

"It was absolutely one of the most exciting events in my life," Engelbrecht said. "To be recognized before a cheering audience of 5000 of my peers was unbelievable!
