Millbrook Baptist Church and Sole Hope announce the “Sew for Hope” workshop on Saturday February 26 and Sunday February 27. Asher Collie, founder of Sole Hope, will share her experiences with the serious health issues children and women face in Zambia that led her to start the Sole Hope non-profit. Beth Gaffney, designer of Sole Hope Shoes, will lead the workshop to show attendees how to become an active “hands on” part of the solution, including sewing shoes for those interested.
The workshop will run Saturday, February 26 from 10 am to 3 pm and Sunday, February 27 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Millbrook Baptist Church, 1519 E. Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609.
