Peak 10 was ranked fifth in the mid-size business category at a Nov. 4 2009 awards luncheon hosted by the Charlotte Business Journal.

These nominations were then reviewed by Quantum Market Research, an independent human-resources survey firm. Employees of the nominated companies were surveyed by Quantum and point values were assigned to their responses. The awards were decided based on a culmination of these points.
